We will reply within two business days to confirm approval or explain any refusal and, where appropriate, will send a prepaid return label or detailed shipping instructions. Once approval is granted, you must ship the product back, unused and in its original condition with all tags, packaging and accessories, within seven days. After we receive and inspect the item, we will either issue a full refund—including the original shipping charges—or dispatch a free replacement of the same product if stock permits; in certain cases, we may offer a partial refund for minor defects agreed with you. Refunds are processed within five business days and credited via the original payment method, although your bank may take up to ten additional business days to post the funds.
